Message from Supervisor Wolf

Dear Friends,

Welcome to the Second District website!

I invite you to take the time to explore our website to learn more about the Second District.

The Second District includes portions of western Santa Barbara, the eastern Goleta Valley as well as neighborhoods from the top of San Marcos Pass to the beautiful More Mesa and Goleta Beach.  My staff and I are honored to serve Second District residents and are here to respond to your needs.

As Second District Supervisor, I am dedicated to:

  • Responding to constituent concerns
  • Cultivating a healthy and sustainable County of Santa Barbara
  • Protecting the diversity and vitality of our neighborhoods
  • Supporting public safety and disaster planning
  • Encouraging environmental awareness and enhancing our agricultural resources
  • Fostering regional cooperation and collaboration

If there is any information you need that you cannot find on this site, please call my office at 805-568-2191 and my staff or I will be happy to help you.
